Atlantis, the Palm is a resort that will be located on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a joint venture between Kerzner International Limited and Istithmar PSJC and is expected to be completed by September 2008. The architectural design is based heavily on the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas.
The resort began to accept individual guest reservations on February 1, 2008 for the resort's opening in September.
The resort will consist of two towers linked by a bridge, with a total of approximately two thousand rooms. There will be two monorail stations connecting the resort to the main section of the Palm Jumeirah islands. The resort will also include a water theme park (160,000 square meters), a conference center, and 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) of retail space.

hi,
It’s a big difference now, investors are quickly reducing prices,” adds Imran Aslam, agent at Dubai-based property broker AAA. “They are also finding they have too many properties, so they want to sell. At the moment, there are no stable prices in the market.”
DUBAI’S rapid expansion in recent years provided jobs for millions. But the global financial meltdown has abruptly ended the dream for many people as more and more firms sack staff to cut costs.
Thanks
